Description

Funding sources vary by publication and can include one-off author-publisher transactions, bulk Open Access (OA) publishing in the framework of transformative agreements, or efforts to ensure compliance with specific funder mandates. Institutions globally are having to address the increasing administrative overhead costs involved in managing their OA approval and reporting processes. Oable (www.oable.org) is a tool that offers a solution for both libraries and publishers.
