Knowledge Unlatched has partnered with GOBI to make more than 20 Open Access eCollections on its Open Research Library platform available for pledging through GOBI. With this model, libraries can help fund OA e-books and make quality OA e-books more easily available to libraries around the world.

Lucia McBride | Electronic Resources & Serials Librarian, Gwynedd Mercy University
Lucia McBride graduated with an MLIS in 2016 from the University of Arizona's Information School and began her librarianship career working for special libraries in various government agencies. Since 2021, Lucia has made the shift to a career in academic libraries and today is Gwynedd Mercy University's Electronic Resources & Serials Librarian, focusing on acquisitions and the collection management of the University's research databases and journal subscriptions.
Jessica Richmond | Information Literacy & Collection Development Librarian, Gwynedd Mercy University
A graduate of Drexel University’s MLIS program, Jessica has worked and volunteered in public, school, and academic libraries for over 14 years. In her current role as Information Literacy & Collection Development Librarian at Keiss Library, Jessica purchases print and electronic resources with a focus on individual titles to develop and support the curriculum and further the University’s mission and core values. Jessica is passionate about accessibility, education, and innovation, and she sometimes uses too many exclamation marks in professional emails.
Catherine Anderson | Head of Sales Operations, Knowledge Unlatched
Catherine has worked for over 25 years in various Sales roles in Publishing and Library Supply in Germany. After working for international publishers such as Harcourt and Elsevier she headed up the German Sales Team for De Gruyter, based in Berlin. As a trade partner of Knowledge Unlatched (KU), when working for the German Library Supplier Schweitzer Fachinformationen, she became familiar with the KU concept and grew passionate about spreading its message.
Jon Elwell | Director of Content Strategies, EBSCO
Jon works with collection development librarians, profilers, subject matter experts, data analysts and others to curate, assess, enhance and acquire content to meet the acquisition needs of academic libraries while maintaining a long-term view on sustainability for academic discourse. Jon received his MLIS and MA in American History from Simmons College and has been with EBSCO since 2011. Prior to EBSCO, Jon worked in academic libraries as a reference librarian.
