According to this report, the willingness of sampled scholars to publish in Open Access exceeds 45% in Southern and Eastern European, East Asian and Latin American countries, while reaching 60% in China, 63% in Colombia and 65% in Chile, which is not unrelated to the impact of Covid-19 on the global scientific community.
